In that case, your workbook will print all the way to IV41. Evidently, you've applied formatting and/or have formulae or data extending all that way. I suggest deleting everything at the whole-of-column level beyond your last used column. Do likewise for every row beyond the last used row. If you don't get any errors as a result, saving the workbook then printing should solve the problem.

did it. now it shows there are 560 pages in the print preview.!??!?
