Hello chaps!
This is my first post, probably of many since I have started using excel all day every day with my job. As the subject says, no matter whether I set a default shape or not it always reverts to the blue filled i shape with every restart. Is there a way around this? Where in the comp is this information saved? I suspect the answer may have something to do with that part of the comp being wiped each time I log off (is a work comp full of security things).... Thanks in advance! |

Hi,
As far as I know it is saved at the workbook level, so the default shape formatting should be retained if the workbook is saved, closed and reopened (but note that the scope is limited to that workbook). |
