Hi iffy,

For your links to work, the shortest relative path between the two files must be the same. For example, if the source file's path on the old system was:
C:\Users\Iffy\Documents\Work\Property\Plans\Source File.xls
and the target file's path on the old system was:
C:\Users\Iffy\Documents\Work\Property\Services\Coo ling\Target File.xls

then the shortest path from the target file to the source file was from Services\Cooling to Plans.
On the new system, provided the same arrangement exists, the links should work. If you don't have that, you'll need to update the links. Ordinarily, I would expect the target file to alert you if it could not locate the source file.
