Hi talkinglens,

You can limit the usable area with a macro like:
Code:
Sub Auto_Open()
ThisWorkbook.Sheets("Sheet1").ScrollArea = "A1:J10"
End Sub
in a general module, or:
Code:
Private Sub Workbook_Open()
ThisWorkbook.Sheets("Sheet1").ScrollArea = "A1:J10"
End Sub
in the workbook's 'ThisWorkbook' module.
