In Word I have a table with cells containing just e.g. 2021-11. Copy and Paste to Excel converts it to a number.
This is despite that I used the advertised trick of preformatting the cells as Text - and verified by entering the same text manually, as a test. Is there any way to get this text retained? I can't Paste as Text since I need other format inc. hyperlinks. I do not want to kludge the large table by hand. Thanks. |
