I happened to notice a tiny typo. Try this
=IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP(F2,'[PickList(1).xls]Pick'!$D$2:$G$9,4,0)),0,VLOOKUP(F2,'[PickList(1).xls]Pick'!$D$2:$G$9,4,0)) |
