I had already checked to make sure nothing had changed regarding showing or not showing formula's.

However by checking "show formulas" you get the formulas showing in cells rather than the result your looking for.

Anyway for what ever reason just as that particular cell resulting formula disappeared later the same day after looking for help as to what was going on (hours later) I went back to my computer and low an behold that cell once again was showing the result expected out a the blue.

Go figure ?
