Hi, is there a way to share and co-author excel documents with users in China without requiring access codes each time a user wants to access/update the document?

If you login office online,you have got the token to access the online Excel.
Not requiring additional access codes.

The admin or controller of the excel documents is based in the UK, there is one other UK based user and then 5 users based in China.
What we have found so far is that each time the China based users want to edit/update the document they require a code from the UK based admin, this is not workable with the time difference and number of users and documents involved.
Any further assistance greatly appreciated.
