Well it is happening on my computer since I declined an upgrade to W11. I think this is Microsoft dirty tricks. Ever since I refused to upgrade to windows 11, the computer has been behaving strangely. They do that if any pirate software is found when they scan the computers. The mouse re configures itself when not used to left mouse button down and files dragged around. It can’t understand what app is required to open a MS word document and it asks me if I want to save a saved file.
