Does anyone from Microsoft read these posts???
Thanks for your reply - well, I have updated my printer driver (HP Photosmart all in one), and Excel is still crashing. I don't have any other printer.
What is MS doing about it??? they charge for technical assistance $40 - I don't want to pay just to hear that there is nothing they can do. does anyone have another suggestion? could MS rep give us some advice here please???? cd
