Calendar confusion

Attempting to use an Excel Calendar "tf04014209_win32(5)2"

"2" Indicates January 2022, but changing to a new month defies me, supposedly February is the number 6.

Nothing I have tried so far changes the month for me.

If you are familiar with this Excel calendar please respond!
