Default Excel File different than what shows in Print Preview

Since I have gotten the new Laptop, the printout of the Excel file has not been printing out correctly.

Attached is the Excel Checkout file I get and then the Excel Checkout Print Preview file (This is just how it prints out) I think it has to be in the Excel and not sure who to ask how to print out the correct format?

I am able to print out another MS word files and an email just fine.
