Angry Alternative ways to populate a spreadsheet

Hi guys,

I have a problem because of my stupid manager.
She wants me to populate a spreadsheet where some columns I could use a formula to save me time. However, she locked the sheet and wanted me to do it manually.

I wonder if there is any script or macro that I could use even if I do not have the password.

The first column is the one I need to do manually. The third column is where I could use a formula, but I can't because my manager does not want it.

I need a script or macro or anything to populate the third column like that:

ID - CFSG22/30M00X/ID
1111 - CFSG22/30M001/1111
1050 - CFSG22/30M002/1050
3333 - CFSG22/30M003/3333

Thanking you in advance.
