I am not clearly understanding your desire.
However, I believe that for your second question you want to use the Advanced Filter and use the Option to Copy Results to a new location. The other method available would be to use Power Query. Do not that Filters generally work on Values and NOT Formatting. A Cell's color is a Format and not directly supported as a Filter for Advanced Filter or Power Query.
