You don't need a formula if the "ClickHere For pdf" are hyperlinks. I know they look like hyperlinks but that may not be the case if they are not opening. Just click on the hyperlink, which should launch your default pdf viewer. You will likely get a security pop-up warning but 'OK' it to view the pdf. It works on my machine.
