In any case my formula was wrong. You showed monthly fees so I should have multiplied the result by 12. The new formula would be "=12*SUM(D2

5)".

Again replace the smiley with ": D" together i.e. No space.

that would answer me if only all the contract start on 1/1/20
but in my case there are different starting date in many of the contracts
so like one contract "start date in 25-05-2019 and end date in 24-05-2029"
and I only need the income during the year 2020.
