This is a shot in the dark, but searching around on the internet shows there is a Windows driver for this printer, ( PIXMA iP7250 - Support - Download drivers, software and manuals - Canon UK) ) so I'd strongly suspect, once installed, you'll be able to print directly to the printer from Excel: select the area you want to print in Excel, go to File, Print, then in the Settings section choose only to print the Selection, etc. etc.
