Ok ... I'm not an expert of Mortgage Calculators however, if you look at this calculator provided above as a download ( Mortgage_Calculator.zip ) in column C, it does appear to allow you to change the interest rate at any time.
I have not looked at the other download example but perhaps it does the same thing ?
