formula not working in excel 2016

Hello,

At home i have office 365, there a build a form with a formula.
But this isn't working at work (Excel 2016).

is there a same sort of function in excel 2016 for filter

below is my formula

=FILTER(Tabel1[obj_naam];ISGETAL(VIND.ALLES(B10;Tabel1[obj_naam])))
