In the attached is a table produced by Power Query at cell A21 of Sheet2.
From that table is a pivot table at cell N1 Power Query will allow you to bypass the visible table at cell A21 and produce a pivot table directly (it means you don't need to see the source table for the pivot at all). What worries me slightly is that your most recent file only contains column A to I whereas you've said your actual workbook contains column A to X, so you'll be asking for further alterations…
