The attached was created in Excel 365 I have researched how to fix this issue and nothing works. The dates I entered into the raw data in column 1 are different from the dates in the horizontal axis. Does anyone know why the dates on the axis do not match the raw data? Your help is greatly appreciated. Karen

See picture:
Box With Date axis the horizontal placing of points will be proportional to the actual dates, with points having a longer period between them further appart. Choose Text axis and all the points will be evenly spaced horizontally, regardless of period between individual points. |

Thank you very much for your help.
That worked great, but for some reason it didn't work on another spreadsheet I have. See attached. When converting to text, it removed 10 dates from the axis. Not sure why! Any ideas? ![]() Your help is greatly appreciated. Karen |
