I have question in cell D22. How I find monday night total point. It not always in same cell for monday

I update picture and File.

when you change F1 look where monday locate at in gary area is where score go than put total monday night game put in D22. I need a formula to look up point from Input scores worksheet. I have a user form right now it put scores into input_scores worksheet. some how I want goto pick them worksheet instead
