How do I use date pick from website

I am a new user to vba and have gotten to a point in my code where I need to take a date from excel and enter it into a web page that happens to be a date picker. please help in how I can code this.

I went back on the website and actually entered a date and this is what is looks like. However it is on another portion of the website.
