Cannot open some Excel and Word files.
When I try to open up an Excel or Word file I see the file and it has a red like square instead of The Excel or Word Icon. Attached is kind of what it looks like. and I get a message that says [You are trying to use Office but don't have Office]. I sent a Thread last week and have not heard back. I cannot find the thread that I had written.
