Default How to change displayed y-axis range?

Hello, attached is a screenshot of a graph I made in Excel. As you can see, the y-axis is scaled from 1.9 to 2.7 so the difference between the two bars is substantial. This distorts the reality, however - if the y-axis were scaled from 0 to 2.7, the bars would be much closer in length. How do I change this? And why did it create it this way (i.e. did I do something wrong when creating the graph)? Thanks in advance for any advice out there!
