Sort option is not working

Hello, I am coming back with the same problem than before, sort option is not working.
I explain why.
When I got the problem I went to my MS account and by mistake I installed Office 2013.
Once installed, sorting data worked well but when opening some file created with Excel 2016, some charts was not working.
Coming back to my MS account, I remembered I bought Office 2016. So I installed Office 2016 but when trying to sort, it didn't work.
So again I would appreciate your help to solve my problem.
Now sure, it's an Office 2016 problem. But how to solve it? it seems that it came after an automatic update but not sure.

Hi,
My problem has been solved by Microsoft Support.
It was due to update 1906 for Office 2019 and as I am working with Office 2016 was incompatible and created the problem.
We removed automatic updates to avoid such problem in the future.
