How to disable compatibility checker

Hello,

I have a problem with the compatibility checker of Excel 2013. I'm working with a .csv file that I need to edit and when I save it the compatibility checker window pops in. Plus when I close the file the not saved window pops in too. This would not be a problem but I have to edit over 200 files so this gets old.

How do I disable this it?
