LOOKUP, IF, TODAY....I'm ready to give up

Im trying to input data from sheet1 to sheet3 on certain conditions. If today is Sunday then is want to input from sheet1 A3:A23 and that data would go to sheet3 DEFGH18

EFGH40. But I wan tit contingent on the day. I've included piks...Maybe I'm brainfarting. But I've been brainfarting for days then.
