Hi,

I tried to condition formatting to include icons to the below data:

Forecast LV Budget vs Budget % TTLY vs TTLY %
128467 128467 129005 -0.4% 119117 7.9%

ie: upward green arrow to vs TTLY % as it's positive and downward red arrow apply to vs Budget % as is negative.

I tried changing the new setting but can only have either green or red on both. Hope someone can shed some lights.

I include the example sheet.
