Do you mean =IF(ISNUMBER(FIND("Database Management",A3)),"YES","NO")

Pecoflyer has already given you a solution, but I also think that you are almost there yourself. Just change AND to OR and C3 to A3.
=IF(OR(A3="Database Management - Data Migration",A3="Database Management"),"YES","NO") |
