Copy cells with formula, and paste then into column which is 3rd one at right from original one - you must get the reference to column O in source sheets. Then select sells with copied formula, and drag the selection into next column at right from original column. Or simply delete empty columns between. (You must have enough empty columns to right from original column to start with.)
