How can I make a cell color RED under the Today's date cell?

Hi,

I have Current date in Cell A1. and

Row 1 conatains dates starts from 1st July to 31st July. Each date contains only one date. So, there are 31 Cells filled with dates in Row 1.

And what I want now is, the below Cell of Current date should get RED Color. It means everyday the other cell get RED.

How it is possible. Please advise.
