Ok, I have come up with the following and it works

=(AC3&" "&TEXT(AF3,"dd-mm-yyyy")) & (AH3&" "&TEXT(AK3,"dd-mm-yyyy"))

But, how do I get a space between the first and second parts of the formula please?
