Default how to copy a wk.sheet from a wk.Book and to submit for help

Don't mean to be dumber than a pocket full of rocks but I can't seem to copy a work sheet from my work book, I am hoping somebody can guide me through the right process. I guess I am not using the right wording for help on the net.

When you show me how to copy that problem work sheet I assume I need to paste that problem work sheet to a new work book then save to my desktop and use the insert image on the above tool bar and send it and you will be able to see my sheet along with my explanation problem issue.... would this correct ?

Thanks for your help
