Try this. Select the tab of your problem sheet, right click, select 'move or copy', a box pops out, click the dropdown button of 'To Book", select 'new book'. At the bottom is a small square box with 'create a copy' label, check that box, then OK. Save the file, not necessarily in your desktop, then attach the file to your post.
