Default Vertical axis for a line graph

I followed the instructions provided. When I changed the values on the vertical axis from a percentage to a number, the vertical axis showed the correct information; however the information that I was plotting disappeared. The information came back when I changed the vertical axis back to percentage.

Question: How do I get the information plotted to show when I change the vertical axis to report a number?
