Thank you Pecoflyer. I tried your formula but it only applies to those who were appointed in 2016. It should also mark the employees with appointments in 1995, 1998, 2001, 2004, 2007, 2010, 2013. |

Thank you Xor (my apologies for mis-spelling your name earlier). I changed the random dates to the actual appointments of the employees and applied the conditioning formula that you suggested. It was just the very solution that I had been racking my brain to come up with. Again, big thanks.
