Default what method to find all cells paste linked to a certain cell ?

Hi,
I have a cell in which I enter months elapsed since calendar year started that I paste link to some sheets in my workbook to assist in working out average spending.
I have a sheet named MonthsElapsed in which I alter the number when I remember to ! Having created a 2018 cell there I wish to move the link in these various sheets from the 2017 cell to the 2018 cell. I need to find where this number has been paste linked to.

How is that done ?

Its also useful to know for other paste links I have.
