Select a cell with the unwanted message.
Ribbon: Data tab, Data Tools section, Data Validation dropdown, choose Data Validation…
In the Input Message tab of the dialogue box, either untick the Show input message when cell is selected tickbox, or delete the text in the Input Message: field.
Click OK


That way, you won't delete other aspects of any data validation.
