How to compare 2 columns with other two columns in EXECL 2007?

Hi,

I have four columns in a excel sheet. I would like to compare the data of first two columns (Column 1 & Column 2) with the next two columns (Column 3 & Column 4). After comparing the data, the result (difference) should be shown in Column 5 & Column 6.

Please do help me in this regard.

What kind of data is it, and what kind of result do you expect?

I have text in all four columns. Now, What I need is, whatever the data in 1st & 2nd column available but not in 3rd & 4th column should be shown in 5th & 6th Column.
