Conditional query ...
I want to get the result in Cell "B" as the following.
Cell "A" : 123456789123 Cell "A" : Cell "A" : GDS123456789123R Cell "A" Contains Nothing OR Less than 13 Characters THEN Cell "B" should be "Grade-B" Else Cell "B" should be "Grade-A".
