Default Combining Tables on SharePoint Site

I have a SharePoint site containing 12 folders. Each folder contains several MS Excel files. I want to combine data from a similar (identical format) MS Excel file in each of the 12 folders in to separate MS Excel file, also located on the SharePoint site. How do I do it?

It's doing my head in!!!!
