Default Excel wants to print over 700 pages when it's really just two.

I have a colleague who sometimes has issues with printing some excel documents.
With the latest one he has tried printing it on different machines and printers but with the same result. I have printed them successfully without issue.

The problem is that Excel wants to print about 700 pages when it's really only supposed to be two!

I've tried matching the printing options with mine but with the different results.

Any ideas?

Thanks very much and hope you can help.

Did you try setting the Print Area to cover only the area you want to print?

Select the area you want, then go to Page Layout tab, then Print Area --> Set Print Area
