Exclamation IF(OR - IF(AND // Formula Help
I've been working on this for a couple days, in between other assignments. I can't seem to find the right formula to get this to work. Not sure if VB is needed or not. I attached a pic of the tables as well as my question. Any help is appreciated.

On fly (I haven't Excel available currently):

In Min row, replace texts with numbers, p.e. +100 kg -> 100;

The formula will be
=MAX($D$11,CHOOSE(MATCH($B$2,$E$9:$J$9,1),$E$11:$J $11))
