Just another quick question please...

I have tried to copy the formula down from R11 (revised forecast) and it just copies the same. I have tried to amend the formula showing actual in the first figures and forecast in the same but it still produces the wrong answer, could you point me in the right direction to correct this please.

Sorry, like I said I am a bit of a novice.
