Post Database for hotel issues

Hello,
I'm trying to make a database for the technicians at our hotel, where you can type in the information on the main page and select if it's completed or active. If its active I want it to show up in the ACTIVE sheet beside it's corresponding room number. If it's completed it will show up in the COMPLETED sheet, again, beside it's corresponding room number. And if possible, I'd like to be able to click on the issue in the Active sheet (hyperlink I think) and have it show me that issue on the main page. I've already made an outline of it (in Attachment) without the code, and I was wondering if anyone could make this for me.

Kind Regards,

Joseph
