What I want to be able to do is lock a cell so it cannot be changed and still be able to work in unlocked cells. What good is it if you lock a cell and cannot work in a unlocked cell because the sheet is protected? If you do not protect the sheet than you can also work in what should be locked cells. If this cannot be done then Microsoft should fix it so you can.
