I understand what you are trying to do but for that to work, Excel would have to put row and column identifiers on the splits. I do not believe such functionality is available using split screens.
There is however another way. From the View tab, select New Window. This way, you can open as many views of your sheet as you want. Then from the same tab, select Arrange All: Tiled. |
