Not clear to me.
Your best shot at a solution would be to attach a file here in the forum with two sheets, the first being the sheet you picture as the example and the second being what you want the results to be. Have you tried using the macro recorder to record the 'one solution is' that you describe ? Please include links to your cross posts. http://www.excelguru.ca/content.php?184
