You could do it manually, I suppose, though a three-point trend is not much of a trend at all. If you were to do it this way and assuming you don't need anything more complicated than a linear trendline, I would just use Insert Shape and draw a line through where you suppose the trend might be. More precision than that for a three-point trend is sort of silly.
